If you no longer play MONOPOLY Match and would like us to remove your game data you can send a request to our team to have your game data deleted.
Do note that doing this will mean that all your game data will be removed (including any data saved to the cloud). This process can not be undone.
To send us a data removal request here is what you need to do:
- Open the game
- Tap on the "Settings" (cog icon) on the screen
- Tap on "Privacy & Data"
- Tap on "Delete Account"

If you have registered using Facebook/Apple, please make sure to use the same email that is linked to your game account. Once we have received your request our team will start the process to remove your game data. We aim to process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.
Note: Deleting your game data means all your game information and progress will be permanently removed and cannot be restored once the process is completed.
Only request the removal of your game data if you are certain you will no longer be playing the game.
