If a purchase doesn't appear in-game automatically, try exiting and reopening the game. Sometimes this can help resolve the issue.
If the problem persists, submit a support ticket with your app store receipt.
How to Find Your Receipt
For purchases made on the Google Play Store, we require the GPA number listed on your receipt.
All payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple Store, depending on your device. You should receive an email receipt from the store shortly after making a purchase.
If you don’t receive a receipt but have been charged, the purchase should be present in your order history.
For Android (Google Play) devices:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
- Tap the Menu icon (three lines) and select Account.
- Tap Order History.
- Find your missing purchase and take a screenshot or make a note of the GPA number.
For iOS (Apple) devices:
- Open iTunes on your computer.
- Click Sign In and enter the Apple ID and password used for the purchase.
- Click your name and select Account Info.
- Enter your password again.
- Scroll to Purchase History and click See All.
