No! Tickets are specific to this event. You cannot collect them with the intention to use them in any subsequent event.  

As soon as the event ends and the grace periods are over, any unused tickets or stickers will be purged from your balance and removed from the game. 

Any subsequent event will start a fresh new collection of Tickets.
