Heart's Fortune is a promotional event that has a start and end date. After the event's end date and time, including the grace periods, the event is considered complete and is hidden from the UI. Players’ cannot access the event after its completion. 

Heart's Fortune event is available only in the following geographies. If you are not from any one of these geographies you will not be able to view the event.
